01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by mib8 via the mib8.app website or our mobile app, you hereby acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors browsing the website without registering, registered members, and all individuals using our gaming services.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the mib8 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years of age and above on the registration date.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gaming.
• Never previously suspended or banned from the mib8 platform.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. mib8 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify your identity through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Documents commonly requested include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport or driving licence.

03 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at mib8. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different information — are strictly prohibited.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorised it.
• Notify mib8 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Ensuring that the personal information in your account is always accurate and up to date.

Mib8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Mib8 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and local bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal of funds is processed promptly once the request is approved. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

07 User Conduct

• Attempts to hack, manipulate or disrupt the platform's systems or security.
• Use of offensive, threatening or abusive language when communicating with the support team or other users.
• Any form of fraud, including the use of credit cards or bank accounts that do not belong to you.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
• Money laundering or illegal financing activities conducted through the platform.

Mib8 employs a sophisticated monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Any violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

08 Account Termination

Mib8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Identity fraud or the provision of false information.
• Suspicious activities related to money laundering or financial fraud.
• Abuse of the platform's bonus or promotional systems.
• Voluntary self-exclusion requested by the user through the responsible gaming program.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the mib8 support team. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and compliance checks are completed.

09 Limitation of Liability

The maximum cumulative liability of mib8 to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the arising of the claim.

10 Terms Amendment

Mib8 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice for non-material changes.

For changes that are material in nature — meaning changes that significantly affect users' rights or obligations — mib8 will provide notice of at least 7 calendar days before those changes take effect via:

• In-platform notifications when the user is logged in.
• Email the address registered to your account.
• Updates to this Terms and Conditions page with a clearly indicated update date.

11 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the mib8 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate arbitration body or tribunal under the applicable jurisdiction.

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for complying with local laws in their area of residence regarding the use of online gaming platforms. mib8 makes no warranties as to the legality of using the platform in any particular jurisdiction.
